This will benefit their overall results; view of the tasks left to be done and will create a feeling of calm confidence. Imagine when you felt completely in your shoes knowing what you are doing and create this magical experience for yourself even when you have to organize things.
How to reach this beautiful feeling of calm confidence, below are provided three different strategies that are the keys for the personal and professional improvement in terms of achievements and progress. The keys to prioritization, high level of organization skills and effectiveness that will benefit every individual:
1) Having clarity about what you want, how can you achieve it and what are the steps that need to be made to achieve the final result:
Imagine that clarity to you is what the car is to its driver. This means being absolutely clear about your goals and taking all the necessary steps to achieve them without distractions. Clarity is one of the most powerful forces on earth and gives a very strong signal to the Universe that you know what you want and you are not giving up on it until you receive it. Being clear about what you want and aligned with yourself to succeed is only the beginning of the process. Having a step by step approach of how to achieve your goal and divide each stage with its sub stages provides clarity and makes the goal less scary and huge. It’s normal to get scared of how massive or huge a goal is. However, by breaking it up into smaller pieces it looks acceptable and less scary for the brain. Now let’s start with the brainstorming once we feel confident:
2) write down your ideas on a piece of paper and your tasks, too
The old trick with the paper is still very useful, however maybe not be so modern and high tech these days. Imagine that the paper is what a knife is to a professional chef and provides the expected results. The brain works easier and gets your brilliant, new, fresh ideas on paper quickly. It’s just a funny, old-fashioned way to brainstorm and get the best you can from your own storage of information. It is very clear which gives you clarity when using the paper to plan your ideas or daily tasks. Both work equally well and provide clarity, overview of what you want to do or what you’ll do during the day.
3) Set real deadlines in a time frame and take an action now.
Without having a clear deadlines and a time frame set to complete a certain task we get lost in the sea of time. Imagine having a bucket of candies and not knowing which one to pick that is exactly the same as having no deadlines. All looks tempting, but you have no idea where to start from. So it’s very important to take action now and start planning for the future about your goals and how long will it take to achieve them. Deadlines may not be fun, but they are useful and working for us in order to achieve the results we seek for. So let’s accept them as the necessary evil for our success.
4) Make a list of what has helped you to achieve your previously set goals in terms of organization and prioritization.
Use your previous successful attempts and experiences. Take what has helped you and has worked in the past with you now. Use it and even develop it further, a successful skill is easily creating a competitive advantage towards your competitors. Take the time to assess what you are good at and develop it further, will benefit you surely in the long run. Remember that feeling of I know it all and I am a winner work to make it a daily habit by working on your successful skills. Developing a weaker skill may not be that easy and useful in the long run.
5) Make this list an action plan having urgent and secondary tasks
Use your past successful attempts to make a list for division of tasks. It is very significant to prioritize your tasks with their level of significance or insignificance. How much do they contribute to your overall success and achievements? Make a top 5 compulsory tasks with primary importance and leave all the rest for the free time you have left. You don’t have to push yourself too hard to do it all now. It’s a choice you can make consciously.
6) Take an action now
It’s a very significant to start now, don’t wait for the perfect moment, opportunity. Make the perfect moment now and take a massive action. Don’t procrastinate, find excuses of all type or just wait for no reason. Time passes by quickly so take advantage of that fact. Make it worth it.
7) Make a commitment to do something every day that gets you closer to your final goal
Small or average efforts in a long-term frame get every individual closer to the final goal. That is the point of continuous commitment to a certain type of goal and this is the last step of this strategy towards complete CLARITY.
Be the best driver of your own car and immerse in the same clarity about what matters in your life.
1) Plan every day in advance from the previous one, with focus on priority and what’s really important. Start with the HARDEST and MOST IMPORTANT TASK always, then focus on the division of your tasks (step by step approach to break down a big goal into attainable steps)
2) The principle 80/20 stating that 80% of your success comes from 20% of your actions. Think about the 20% that bring 80% of your results and enhance them. Focus on the highest quality building efforts and ignore the secondary ones. Make this 20% of skills key focus, enhance them and use them in every possible situation.
Think about the consequences of your actions and which of them will actually produce the results that create a difference. Be aware of what your actions bring and create. Expand your awareness; take positive, massive actions towards your goals. Learn how to be your own hero and movie star.
1) Identify what stops and blocks you from achieving your goals in time. Is it the speed, is it you and your fears/ doubts (conflicting parts of your identity), is it your desire to do everything quickly or lack of focus. These are just few of the possibilities of why something does not work for you. Spend the time to think about your individual case and what blocks you. This is very important for both personal and professional effectiveness.
2) Challenge yourself via mobilization all of your abilities, skills, experiences and resources in order to achieve one goal. The challenge is to be active, motivated for achievement and ready to compete. Be your own role model.
These three strategies work, because a person is never going to want to achieve a goal that is out of their possibilities. It’s the natural way of being. However, sometimes we feel like we don’t have the capabilities or we confused ourselves in the process. There are numerous examples of people in very difficult situations who have proved what it means to have a dream, goal and desire to achieve something so badly. I am going to challenge you here to make yourself your own role model, your own hero and be the best example you can set up for your society.
