How to set goals? Why to set goals? Easy questions, right? Setting goals does not seem that hard. You simply think about what you crave the most for in life such as how you want your body image, character or life to be and turn these desires into measurable and specific goals, right?

Are these goals achievable, what’s the road untaken to achieve them or how to? There are a lot of questions springing up in your mind second after second. There is no clear answer or idea where to find one. Setting goals can be incredibly exciting and powerful at first, but when you try to accomplish them you get lost and feel defeated like you have failed again. The process just seems so confusing, too much work that has to be done or too much time that has to be waited for things to happen for real.

To accomplish a goal you need three powerful, key ingredients: 1) clear action plan with measurable steps, 2) determination 3) inspiring, powerful and authentic vision to accomplish when you feel exhausted and almost ready to give up.

People live on autopilot and that is why change seems so impossible to most.

CHOICE- one word that brings plenty of associations.  Choice what for exactly? I know that we all have the right to chose. To make a chose in every moment - how to feel, who to be and what to do. However, this sounds almost as a ‘’déjà vu’’ these days. Yes it does, because no one chooses or makes choices that CREATE a DIFFERENCE moments after moments, days after days. People look angry, fearful and like they have no idea what HOPE and FAITH mean. The world is this hostile, dangerous place  where we should all SURVIVE in. What a great, amazing and astonishing place to live in?

Lots of things are scary, not fair and make you angry and fearful. Nevertheless, if you have any INFLUENCE on any of those EXPERIENCES, change them. If not, make a choice to see the OPPORTUNITIES. You can choose to hear a little kid who giggles so loud and spontaneously, to ENJOY the sunset or sunrise. Start FOLLOWING your DREAMS, take a RISK, make a MOVE to a new person, create BONDS and start LIVING with more CHOICES that you yourself MAKE.

 You don’t have to and almost cannot become decisive for a day. But you can commit to yourself if you think you are worthy it the time and effort to make more CHOICES in every MOMENT and DAY you have the possibility to. When you start making choices, you will automatically start thinking more about who are you, where are you compared to your DESIRED DESTINATION and what you want out of life. All those questions hitting in your head will lead to NEW CHOICES. If you start TODAY step by step and you are kind to yourself through the process this DECISIVE you will be the new YOU.

When in transition, on the verge of transformation, choice is the only action that creates the changes each person craves for. Longing for and creating changes in life and business times of transition are the keys to move forward.
